If you have made up your mind and you are starting the gym, choosing the right place for you is sometimes easy. However very often, especially if you are a beginner, it is not! What criteria should one have in mind when choosing his/her gym? Below are some tips by our Interval Rehab and Fitness Centre trainers:

  • Trainer Quality

Quality can mean a number of things, especially when discussing trainers. Your trainer is the person that will influence your motivation and engagement with your life changing choice. Therefore apart from obviously knowing a lot about fitness and gymnastics, he or she should also have the necessary personality. He needs to be the one to make you feel excited about going to the gym and providing that extra energy when needed! At interval our trainers combine knowledge, experience and lots of positive energy to provide you with the personalized guidance you deserve!
